What you must not do
By using My AI Expert Witness you agree NOT to:
- Use the platform to facilitate any unlawful activity, including fraud, harassment, defamation or harm to others
- Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing or grossly offensive
- Present information from the platform as professional advice, a personal recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome
- Attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, its content or any underlying AI tooling
- Submit another person’s personal data without a lawful basis
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation of the platform, other users, or the underlying infrastructure
- Share your access or account with anyone else
Consequences
Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
